Nikola Tesla[]
Excerpt from Collier's Weekly, February 9, 1901, page 4-5: “Talking with the Planets” by Nikola Tesla
- “At the present stage of progress, there would be no insurmountable obstacle in constructing a machine capable of conveying a message to Mars, nor would there be any great difficulty in recording signals transmitted to us by the inhabitants of that planet, if they be skilled electricians.
- “Communication once established, even in the simplest way, as by a mere interchange of numbers, the progress toward more intelligible communication would be rapid. Absolute certitude as to the receipt and interchange of messages would be reached as soon as we could respond with the number "four," say, in reply to the signal "one, two, three." The Martians, or the inhabitants of whatever planet had signalled to us, would understand at once that we had caught their message across the gulf of space and had sent back a response. To convey a knowledge of form by such means is, while very difficult, not impossible...”—Nikola Tesla, 1901
Remote viewing[]
United States. Remote viewing Mars was a US intelligence operation conducted under the Stargate Project, and its branch—the Sun Streak Project, at least into the late 1980s. A Remote Viewer, the “Subject” (SUB), was given very specific coordinates by an Operative, the “Monitor” (MON). At each coordinate, a Viewer had detected anomalies on Mars.
Flandern lecture[]
In 2002, Tom Van Flandern, a PhD in Astronomy, gave a lecture that “sent shockwaves through the field of astronomy”, creating a controversy by this statement:<ref>Tom van Flandern and Mars: a Lecture that Could Change What You Believe About Everything by Oliver, May 5, 2008</ref>
- “The odds of the anomalous items imaged in the Cydonia region of Mars being of Natural Origin are one thousand billion, billion to one against this theory. In other words, the possibility that these objects occurred naturally has been ruled out beyond a shadow of a doubt.”—Tom Van Flandern, 2002
Van Flandern was a prominent advocate of the belief that certain geological features seen on Mars, especially the "face at Cydonia", are not of natural origin, but were produced by intelligent extraterrestrial life, probably the inhabitants of a major planet once located where the asteroid belt presently exists, and which Van Flandern believed had exploded 3.2 million years ago.<ref>"Proof that the Cydonia Face on Mars is Artificial". Project Pegasus[]
Project Pegasus is a United States black project operated under the Air Force Space Command, that according to Andrew Basiago, has allegedly achieved successful organic teleportations to the moon and more notably, to Mars. Its success has further claims into time travel.
Lacerta Files[]
According to The Lacerta Files, Mars became one of seven celestial colonies established by the reptilians, some 10 million years ago. The seven colonies are represented by seven white stars, on a blue background, on their Ouroboros flag. The Ouroboros is a symbol of pride for all reptilians who have colonized the Solar System, but also serves as a warning to humans of treading on their territory. Any attempts to access their domains or colonies marked by the Ouroboros, is a warning to vacate immediately.<ref name="Lacerta">Transcriptions of Lacerta (1999)</ref>
In Lacerta File 1999 (Question 7), Mars is listed second, as one of the reptilians' seven star colonies in the Solar System.<ref name=pr>Pravda Report, The Lacerta File I, pub. 2002 (Lacerta interview 1999, with commentary)</ref> It is explained that a great war between two highly advanced extraterrestrials had occured 65 million years ago on Earth. The aftermath was the cause of Earth's KT mass extinction event.<ref name="Lacerta"/> It is quite possible that Mars also suffered damage during this advanced war between the Procyons and the progenitor reptoids.
Mars Gates[]
- Also: Mars Gate
There are a number of points on Mars suspect of being stargates.
<u>Aldebaran gate</u> Michael Relfe, a Mars experiencer in 1978, mentions a “jump gate” (or Stargate) located on Mars that ports to the star system Aldebaran. The transcript reads:<ref>The Mars Records (2000), by Stephanie Relfe, p.79</ref>
<u>Star Gate Project</u> The following is from the CIA archives, remote viewing Mars: According to the CIA archives, Remote Viewing Mars 22-May-1984, Mars was remote viewed 1 million years ago. An operative provides different coordinates, on the Martian surface, to a Remote Viewer. The Viewer detects the following:
